Refunds:
- Refunds will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
- Exchanges will be for equal value of purchased product.
- Only once we receive your return we will refund you after inspecting the items.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the YKS original packaging.
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The product did not match its description.
- The customer purchased the wrong item.
- The merchant shipped the wrong item.
